I started a weekend ritual that involves cinnamon buns (kanelbullar in Swedish). It’s called the Weekend Kanelbullar Ritual (WKR).

Imperfect But Still Beautiful
I wondered about the story of this bird that we saw at a halal café called I am..., which is located at Haji Lane. Mr Bear and I were having breakfast at the café before we went about our morning errands. The bird’s right claw was missing three front toes. Was it born this way? Or, was he involved in some accident?
Kedi
The day for me to watch KEDI at The Projector has finally arrived. Tucked away in the Golden Mile Tower, The Projector is a hidden gem. It's also one of my favorite spots in Singapore. "Kedi" means cat in Turkish.
At 4 PM-ish I bought a pint of draft beer at the Intermission Bar and promptly deposited myself into the Green Room.
Paterson
PATERSON was awesome. I just came home from The Arts House after watching this film. Everything about the movie is so good. The story is about a hardworking, low-key bus driver named Paterson who was born in Paterson and drives a bus in Paterson. The story starts with Monday and ends on the beginning of the next Monday showing the life of this very ordinary person, but he is special.

I was at a vegetarian Japanese restaurant and saw a super old fridge there—a decor—and I immediately thought of the words in the quote above that I read some weeks ago. I’m not sure where I read it though.
