Beauty in the Old

“...find a new usage in an old idea...open up possibilities for the future...new ways to think about old things.”

I was at a vegetarian Japanese restaurant and saw a super old fridge there—a decor—and I immediately thought of the words in the quote above that I read some weeks ago. I’m not sure where I read it though.
