The Best Things in Life Are Free…
After my business trip in Stockholm, my interest in Swedish is piqued so… I'm currently learning Swedish! A good Swedish friend—let's call him Popeye—has been sending me ‘homework’ and I liked this one in particular, because it's so meaningful and true. I've also seen it in Italian.
Kindle Paperwhite
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! What a wonderful time of the year to be stuffing myself with food and spending time with my family! I’m eagerly awaiting the arrival of my Kindle Paperwhite which should be arriving anytime now…
I’m Learning Swedish!

A Visit to My Sponsored Child in Myanmar

My Learning Journey
I recently completed a 1.5-year Postgraduate Diploma in Management program. It has been an intensive 12 months of studying and business reading. With my results and track record, my professor had advised against dropping, but I stuck to my decision. I can now get back to more interesting stuff such as foreign languages (again—yay!)
Service Design
I'm currently reading SERVICE DESIGN: From Insight to Implementation by Andy Polaine, Lavrans Løvlie, and Ben Reason (ISBN: 9781933820330). I borrowed it from the public library in Singapore. The book piqued my interest because a big part of my job as a regional platform manager deals with process improvement and program management.
