Dear John

Dear John by Nicholas Sparks is about John Tyree. John is a troubled young man who joins the army after high school. He meets Savannah Lynn Curtis during his leave and in that short time, falls in love with her. Their feelings are mutual. Little did they know, the two words—“Dear John”—will change their lives forever. If you have loved ones serving in the army, you will appreciate the story even more. The waiting, the longing, and the fear of losing the one you love can be too much to bear. Love does not always have the desired ending. Need I say I cried buckets reading the book?
