Coursera Cert_Bilingual.png

Today I received my second certificate from Coursera for the course The Bilingual Brain taught by University of Houston. View my notes.

My first completed Coursera course was way back in 2013. I encourage you to sign up for Coursera courses because they have really interesting offerings from many renowned universities. The best of all… they are FREE. Go for it!

About the Course:

This course explores the brain bases of bilingualism by discussing literature relevant to differences in age of initial learning, proficiency, and control in the nonverbal, single language and dual-language literature. Participants will learn about the latest research related to how humans learn one or two languages and other cognitive skills.
