The Pagan Stone by Nora Roberts (NR) is the third book of the Sign of Seven Trilogy.
In the first book, the story romantically links Caleb and Quinn together, and the second book builds on the suspense from the first, where the nightmare begins.
This one—the third book—is my favourite. It is Gage Turner and Cybil Kinski’s story. Both can ‘see ’, and both have seen a lot of visions—frightening ones. I really enjoyed the signature NR dialogue in this book, and I like seeing these two kick each other’s backside for fun. Things get intense as evil grows stronger.
Because this is the third and final book, I must not reveal too much. What does it take to end the horrible recurring episode once and for all? Love, family, friendship, teamwork, faith: those are all essential ingredients in this instalment. If you’re a fan of Nora Roberts, you know how it is. Good plot; great romance.
