Sketch Experimentation

A test sketch of Nissa the Christmas gnome on the new teckningsblock (sketchbook) I bought at Akademibokhandeln.

Saturdays are for fika (breakfast) with the usual gang at Mackmakeriet followed by a visit to my favorite place in town, Akademibokhandeln, which I lovingly call “Akademi.”

I had wanted to do some sketching experimentation but didn’t want to use my Moleskine, so I popped into Akademi and got myself an A5-sized teckningsblock. The paper quality is really good! I like how my Nissa the Christmas gnome sketch turned out on the sketchbook.
