5 AM
Rise at 5 AM. Spend that first hour on fitness, gratitude and reading.
Here is the list of actions what I will be doing between 5 AM and 8 AM:
Rise at 5 AM.
Meditate for 15 minutes or so.
Feed Trio my cat.
Hop onto the stationary bike for 30 minutes.
Shower.
Have breakfast.
Read a book.
Start walking to bus station.
Read Italian dictionary while waiting for and commuting in the bus to work.
