5 AM

Rise at 5 AM. Spend that first hour on fitness, gratitude and reading.

Here is the list of actions what I will be doing between 5 AM and 8 AM:

  1. Rise at 5 AM.

  2. Meditate for 15 minutes or so.

  3. Feed Trio my cat.

  4. Hop onto the stationary bike for 30 minutes.

  5. Shower.

  6. Have breakfast.

  7. Read a book.

  8. Start walking to bus station.

  9. Read Italian dictionary while waiting for and commuting in the bus to work.
